Use unperfumed soap to wash AROUND the vagina (the vulva area) every day.
Do not use soap INSIDE the vagina. Perfumed wipes, vaginal deodorants, food (such as yogurt) and douching are strongly discouraged. The vagina will clean itself.

4) Cotton at the bottom:
Cotton undies are the best, as they are comfortable and also allow your vagina to breathe.
